Our State Constitution is not a list of suggestions. We need to reestablish law and order in our government.
We also need to reinstate the veterans’ and seniors’ tax exemptions. Our retired folks are really having a tough time.
We need to eliminate the State Orders that every student has to have a variety of mandatory shots. This needs to be a parental-rights decision, not the State Government’s.
Pete Roybal is a successful Lakewood small businessman,
retired (21 years) Sergeant 1st Class, Special Forces,
United States Army. He is a Denver native, Lakewood
resident for over 30 years and an 18th generation American.
Pete is married to wonderful Betty and the father of 4
grown children, Lorenzo, Kristine, Sarah and Becca. And
then there’s Sammy & Chica, his furry 4-legged family.
Pete promised to go to work for us eight years ago when he was elected to the Lakewood City Council and so he did.
Pete caused the updating and repair of our decades-old neglected City Parks in our areas.
Pete caused the major road repairs, curbs & gutters and median repairs. He worked with Xcel Energy to stop the natural gas leaks on Mississippi, and the sanitation district repair of 18 non-working fire hydrants, and so much more.
“The residents of our district have always told me what they wanted. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to make things happen. It’s not magic. It’s not excuses. It’s ‘Get the job done and do what the voters are telling you.’ I have always worked for our citizens. Together, we have been able to do so much and I owe everything to all our people.”
Pete kept his word and his commitment. Now our State of Colorado needs Pete’s help. Just imagine what we can accomplish together on a state-wide level.
